First time at Shining Light? Don’t worry, we are a big family!
Worship services are "come as you may" here at Shining Light. Whether you choose to wear your Sunday's best, jeans, or business casual we don't mind or judge. All are welcome! Join us and get ready to experience God's love.
We encourage you to arrive about 10 minutes before service starts so you can grab a great seat and chat with your fellow members. Our services usually start with a prayer, devotion, praise and worship followed by God's word. But here at "The Light" we allow the Holy Spirit to have His way, so sometimes services doesn't go in that exact order.
Pastor Watkins is guaranteed to teach a powerful bible-based message that you can apply to your everyday life that will help you during the upcoming week and beyond. Some services we celebrate communion, but there’s no pressure to participate.
Pastor Roosevelt Watkins, First Lady Kathy Watkins and the entire ministry would love to see your faces at any of our weekly services as we lift up the name of Jesus together and learn the word of God collectively.
